Im 5'4'' currently around 160lbs. My goal is 130lbs or to be in a healthy bmi range and around a size 4-6 pants size. Im carrying weight round my middle which I know is really bad for you so if I can get my waist size down in the 20s instead of 32" that would be a main goal also. I have a big frame so I'm not expecting…

Hey :) feel free to add me. I'm on week 4 of c25k, loving it! I eat anywhere between 1500 and 1800 kcal. I've got around 30lbs to go so will be at this for a while! Main goal is to finish a 5k in under 30mins :)

I kind of wonder this too...I work in a vineyard and am a caretaker on a farm, the days I have a really busy day I'm more tired than after a workout, just not sure if I can or should log. My rule is generally if an activity makes you sweat a lot, log it.

First time round I was losing 1-2 pretty consistently eating 1450 + exercise calories. I binged and gained back all but 9lbs. This time, I'm eating 1500, working on a farm and burning around extra 3x a weweek doing c25k and only eating half exercise cals back. Been at it for 2 weeks but the scales haven't budged a bit yet.…

I'm 5'5'' and my starting weight was 169lbs. I'm currently 160, thinking a good goal weight for me is 130lbs. I have 3 herniated disks in my back but will get there slowly but surely! Everyone has done a great job. Well done guys!

My day is similar, we are caretakers on a farm 6am to around 8pm and in what spare time we have we work seasonally on a local vineyard which, if we have cover on the farm is usually 7am-5pm. I'm doing c25k 3 times a week but organic yummy farm food gets me every time, its all fresh but no low…

Feel free to add me :) I'm a travelling British expat and ghis is my 3rd time starting over. We can do this :) I make sure I at least go on the forums every day and usually that motivates me enough to keep going and stay on track :)

I'm a new islander! Just moved to Sydney, around 40 mins from Victoria. Loving the weather and all the trails :)

Yep. My partner and I saved up for 3 years, quit our jobs and are now travelling the world, doing odd jobs to make enough to get by/get a ticket to our next destination. Best time of my life. The uncertainty makes sticking to a weight loss plan a bit tricky though. I know this can't last forever but enjoying it while we…

Definite metal head here! I like loads of difference genres of music from folk to classical but metal is hands down the best. My favourite workout band is Kiuas, they do a song called Conquerer, so much motivation! I did c25k recently and metal makes great running music. Love it :)
