I do eat egg whites but 10 of them only provide 36g protein.

Doing 1g per Lb and still maintaining deficit seems almost impossible to me. Will try to hit 100g-120g per day.

looking back at my diary, most of the days I am around 50g which is way too low. It's really hard to get protein foods without lot of calories in them.

I have lost almost 20 pounds(havent updated on mfp as I didn't weigh on my 'official' scale yet) My friend who saw me 20 pounds ago said he notices no difference.

Because that would be double counting. He is already using an app to count runs and sync burns to MFP so no need to track and sync those runs again using fitbit.

some scales don't show error for small weights but as the weight increases the error also increases and hence the deflection.

Lot of posts here saying 'I fill my large plates/bowls with food/ice-cream etc and if I buy smaller plates I will eat less of it.' Now the question is don't you guys measure what you eat? Then how do you count calories? And if you measure it and it fits your calories then what's the need for smaller utensils?

Thanks for the replies. I also don't think Noodles to be unhealthy that's why I quoted that in my original post. Unhealthy there just meant fast food and less nutritious.
