How to factor in walking burns?
CW: 198 lbs GW: 178lbs Height: 180 cm(5' 11") I have installed Google fit and I try to walk 10k steps daily. My mfp activity level is sedentary and goal loss per week is 2lbs. Mfp gives me 1400 calories. How many calories should I add if I walk 10k? I walk 10k steps in 1 hour 15 minutes.

Deficit or mainteinance after blood donation
I donated blood today at University's yearly blood donation program. Should I still eat at deficit today or maintenance? ps. doctor estimated by weight at 160 Lbs when in actual it is 190 LOL:laugh:

I overate. Shd I compensate by eating less over the week?
My weekly goal is to lose 2 Lbs. My calories goal is 1430. Yesterday I ate 3307 and burned 792. So NET I ate is 2515 which is 1085 excess. My maintain calories are 2430. Should I burn that excess 1085 over the week or just leave it and continue fresh today?

Feeling guilty after eating fast food in your calorie limit?
I feel sort of guilty that I ate noodles(280 calories) even though they were in my calorie limit. Do you people also feel the same way after eating "unhealthy" food.
