I think I'm about to get Paragard. I've heard mostly good things about it, and it's hormone free so that's a plus for me.

I use it Monday - Friday for about 50 minutes each time. I love it because my leg muscles have gotten so much stronger and it burns calories really fast! About 10 calories per minute if you have the resistance up!

I usually burn 400-500 calories at the gym Monday through Friday and on those days, I try to only eat 1300 cals, and on the weekend when I don't work out, I try to only eat 1200. Sometimes I'll go a little over, but mostly I try and stay in that area.

Does anyone know exactly how this makes you lose? It just makes me nervous. I've been stuck at around the same weight for 2 weeks or more, but I'm scared this is going to make me gain some back. I just know how hard it is to lose even 1 pound, which is why this makes me nervous...

It definitely works. It has 3 dvds which include workouts for arms, abs, cardio, and obviously butt. I've never been more sore after doing some of these, but I'm taking that as a good sign. I was like religious with it for awhile and noticed big results. I need to get back in that routine again.

I usually work out 5 days a week switching up my workouts. I do a mix of elliptical and sometimes running, Pilates, yoga, and Brazil Butt Lift. I kind of feel like I'm at a plateau right now too, so I'd like to hear what everyone else says as well.

I have the easiest low cal recipe for brownies ever. 1 box of any brownie mix you choose + half a can of diet Coke. Perfection. Cook as directed on the box.

YES! I thought there was something wrong with me. I started mine 11 days before I was supposed to and it lasted two weeks. I was mortified, but I'm glad to know I'm not the only one.

Honestly, you REALLY need to drink at least 8 cups of water a day. A couple weeks ago, I didn't think anything of it and barely drank any water at all.
