I am here to support you and I just reviewd your food dairy and you are consuming too much sodium. You should be on 1500 mg per day. The Oscar Myer stated 58 calories for 7 slices. Good for you. Take one day at a time. If you think about your final goal you will be overwhelmed. I broke my goal down in three part because to think of the total weight loss, blew my mind.

Do chair exercises with weights. There are dvd's on the subject as well as TV. TV=Sit and Be Fit. Look it up. Go luck!

MFP really works and stay with it. I have obtained my goal and I still post my weight daily.

It really takes a year for the body to adjust to weight loss (per the doctors). I have been on maintenance for 11 months and my body is still changing. I have looked in the mirror in the morning and I have seen a major change. DO NOT give up! You are doing great and you are building muscle.

Usually MFP is correct BUT I verify that is stated on the label. I have been on this site of 16 months. What is really off is the calories burned while exercising.

Wonderful lost! I paid out of pocket to have a medical BMR test and I was told that for my maintainence I could eat 1459 calories per day. I was on 1200 for my weight lost. I know my body and if I ate 1459 per day I would gain weight.

Eat more fiber. I need to do 40 grams of fiber a day or I have the same problem. Miralax works wonders for me. Also try fiber gummies. For 2 they are 10 calories and they give you 5 grams of fiber per day. If I am having a problem I take them 2x daily. I hope this helps.

Just keep moving. Walk around the block for 10 minutes each day and you will find that once you are outside you will walk longer than 10 minutes. There are also chair exercises you can do. Good luck!

I found out what worked my me was I used my calories wisely and not on snacks. I was on 1200 calories per day and if I had left over calories I ate more protein and/or quaker oaks. That filled satisfied me and filled me up.

Track you sodium. It is recommended while lossing weight, 1500 mg per day.

I mute the sound on my TV when any food commerical comes on as that has been a trigger for me to eat when I am not hungry. Cake shows were my favorite and I no longer watch them as well as any food shows. (These are my triggers)
