If I take a mostly walking trail ride and enter it as "horseback riding, general" I feel like it's an overestimate of my cals burned and will use the walking entry. There's a free version of Endomondo but I've noticed it drains my droid's battery faster than other ones I've tried. This doesn't affect shorter workouts but it doesn't last long enough for long hikes and horseback rides. I also use Cardio Trainer which doesn't run my battery down as fast. I have a horse.. an older quarter horse who is amazing and wonderful! He's trained in hunter/jumper and dressage but I just moved him to the Biltmore Estate and we've been enjoying the nearly 100 miles of trails there. I'd love to friend some other horsey girls so feel free to add me!

well as my mother was just hospitalized for dehydration I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to drink plenty of water. and yes I am aware that you can have too much water but I doubt anyone could exceed a safe amount of water without trying deliberately to drink a huge amount. It's a ridiculous debate.
