Weekly total so far: 120 crunches, 100 jumping jacks... I hate them!! lol :)
-
60 crunches, 50 jumping jacks (ohh they hurt!) and 30 minutes on the stationary bike already done today. Hoping to go swimming later, but because I've only just learnt how to swim I don't mark down a full hour and a half as I have quite a few breaks :)

Oooooooh I hate jumping jacks lol but I'm game!

250 crunches are complete :) I am tempted to keep trying to do 60 each day apart from rest days. Do you think it will make a differences to my tummy?

Wow that's an amazing loss! I've been terrible with yoyo dieting since I was a teenager so this time its as lifestyle change rather than doing that again. I've tried all sorts, slim fast which I lost around 50lbs but as soon as I stopped I gained it again, weight watchers much the same. I sat at 220lbs for the last 7 years…

Hehe neither did I until I read the forum post a few times... I'm set to light too. They recommend sedentary only if you are laid down 24/7. Will be interesting to see how this works because I'm going to be a lot less hungry. I did 1209 calories on week 1, and lost 5lbs. Did 1200 calories on week 2 and gained 1lb, 1500…

Mines at 1800 odd even with the 20% deficit. One thing I will say is that method tells you not to add additional exercise calories.... I've set mine at 1809 this week and will see what happens. One week experiment can't hurt :) yours sounds about right... What did you set your activity level to? X

I understand where you are coming from with emotional support. I work freelance too as a web and graphic designer so my long days at the computer are pretty detrimental to weight loss. I also panic about lack of time on weekdays so I find myself craving carbs or sugar loaded foods to keep me going. On weekends we have my…

Thank you :) :) yes that does make a lot more sense when you read it like that. I'm still not entirely sure how many calories I should be eating a day though, I'm guessing I've got it too low but I work on a computer sat down Monday to Friday, apart from my workouts. I do pretty much cook most of our meals and general…

100 crunches so far this week :)

I'm in :) I don't go all the way up because of my back sciatica, but I will see how many I can do :)

Anyone else get anything different? X

I'd say 3 to 5 times a week, and I do 40 minutes, usually at higher end fat burning heart rate, or lower end cardio heartbeat... I just used an online tool which was on another thread where you calculate your body fat % using a military calculator, to work out your BMR and TDEE. My neck measurement is currently 13.5…

Thank you :) I'm 5 foot 5 inches, and currently 14 stone 8 lbs :) x

I set my MFP up in the first instance to sedentary level, because I work on the computer all day, I didn't really think about the exercise I do in the evening. It told me 1200 calories, then I read somewhere that it was too low. So I upped it to 1500. But I've never eaten any of my exercise calories before. X

July 4, 2014 SW: 203 lbs CW: 204lbs GW: 154 lbs Gained 1lb this week. Disappointed this week, but have been having period pains 2 and a half weeks before I'm due :(
-
Did 40 minutes on the exercise bike earlier, moderate activity level, sometimes dipping up to cigorous ... Quite pleased with myself. Not sure if I will get any exercise in tomorrow but will try even if its a walk
-
I did 30 minutes on the exercise bike yesterday and 40 mins swimming today, breaststroke. I'm hoping to do bike or strength training tomorrow, as I have Fridays and Saturdays off training generally :)
-
I weigh every Friday morning :) x

Swimming tonight for an hour and a half :) I don't swim constantly as I've only just learnt how to swim but should burn off quite a few calories xx

I'd like to be involved :) Currently at 207lbs, have lost 14lbs in last month mainly due to exercise so figure I best start watching what I eat too! :)
