I like to eat laughing cow cheese w/ reduced fat triscuits. I've also tried it on sandwich wraps (La Tortilla or Flat Out) w/ veggies and deli meat (turkey). It's really good! :wink:

I like the chocolate protein shakes from www.lisalynnfitness.com. They're very tasty and filling. One container usually lasts for a month and the price is around $35.00.

It's a great workout and it's only about 20 min. long. I like to use it when I can't get to the gym. It's definitely worth trying and it combines both weights and cardio. It's hard but it gets easier after a few days...go for it! :wink:

Try eating protein in the morning and you'll feel satisfied. I like having protein shakes or lite english muffin w/ 1-2 Tablespoon of peanut butter, eggs (I love veggie egg beaters to make a quick omelet w/ reduced fat cheese). I also like Kashi Go Lean cereals...they're all very filling!

Almonds, (100 calorie packs), Luna mini protein bars, apples, and green tea are great snacks! They taste great and are very filling!

I like to try different exercises on "Exercise TV" cable. They have pilates, and other exercises which is good if you're looking for something different and from there you can choose your favorite exercise.

My kids always did that to me and I always felt guilty and couldn't enjoy my workout. I kept bringing them back w/ a favorite toy or stuffed animal and snack and tried to distract them w/ the kids. When they got older, I always bribed them w/ munchkins from Dunkin Donuts which worked too but it probaby wasn't the best…

I try and do the 30 day shred on the days I can't get to the gym or walk/run outside. It's a great workout in a short amount of time. My goal is to do it at least 3x a week.

I've had 3 c-sections w/i the past 8 years...my belly's finally starting to look normal again since I've been eating better and exercising. I like to do Pilates exercises...I can feel the burn every time!

I like the 100 calorie pack almonds and Luna protein bars....they're both very filling and of course lots of water! :wink:

My husband's not very helpful either and we argue a lot about it. He's a couch potato when he comes home from work. I work part time and take care of my 3 kids and he gets home just in time to say good night to them.....it's frustrating! Can I borrow the taser thingy?

My boys love Nutella! I have to actually chew gum while I'm making them toast or a sandwich w/ Nutella so I don't inhale the entire container.....so yummy!

I've been using a great protein shake that keeps me full all morning. I also find that egg beaters keep me full...I like to make veggie omelets when I have time. I also like to eat lite mulit-grain english muffins w/ reduced peanut butter...it's very filling too! :wink:

I've used the 5 lb weights and definitley felt it the next day! I love JM's workouts!

Congrats on your weight loss and positive attitude! I've been on many diet plans where I lost the weight but didn't learn how to eat. I'm hoping to be back to size 8 soon!

I have the same problem especially when I'm in the kitchen too much preparing meals and snacks for my kids! I try and chew gum which helps to stop some cravings and binging and/or drink a lot of water when I'm feeling the need to snack or "graze" in my case! I love veggie egg beaters w/ some low fat cheese or whole grain english muffin w/ peanut butter. I've been trying protein shakes and I like them as well. 100 calorie pack almonds are good snacks too!
