I used to love lean cuisines but I realized they have too much sodium in there. I eat them occassionally if I need something quick. I like to eat salads for lunch w/ grilled chicken or protein shakes which usually fill me up.

I do that all the time when my kids are constantly asking for snacks or when I'm preparing meals....try drinking lots of water and have healthy snacks available like cut up veggies or fruits on hand to resist temptations. I love wine....red wine is my best friend but I alslo like a good Riesling & Pinot Grigio. Blackstone and Mirrassou are good brands...about $10 each so not too expensive. I'd suggest having both red and white wines at your dinner party. Enjoy!

My hair is naturally curly and I hate it.....I just cut off 4-5 inches and now it's super curly!! I try and straighten it but I usually don't have the time or patience. Everyone seems to have straight hair now!

Fun workout! I went to a bachelorette party and one of our stops was a pole dancing class.....I didn't think I'd like it but it was a lot of fun and it was definitely a workout! I haven't tried it since but if I had the chance, I'd do it again! Belly Dancing is also another good workout and you can learn some new moves…

I'm trying to drink more water and watch my carb and sodium intake...trying to eat more veggies, protein, limit fruits b/c of the sugar, and trying to avoid sweets and snacking.
