I still have not figured out the ticker thing so I will just post here. I have gone for 3 runs this past week. Each one short but sweet. Total so far is about 7 miles in July. I am signed up for 2 5k's right now. Distance is not the goal this year. ..it is to run a 10 min. Mile pace. I know that sounds lame to most of you…

I just saw this today. I ran 2 miles last night. I'm not sure how many more runs I can get in this month but I will do what I can. Are you going to redo this for July? This seems fun....and motivating :-)
