Try to focus on changing your lifestyle as oppose to changing your weight!!! I always have to remind myself that this is a long process, we cant change over night!

Well our weight does fluctuate a lot. You should only weigh yourself once a week at the same time of the day. I suggest Fridays cause that is after all the hard work we've done all week. Also, did you change your eating habits? Are you working out?

one thing that keeps me going is reading everyone elses success and calculating how long it took them and then comparing it to my own, that way I have a rough estimate on how long this journey will take. Then once figure the time out I try and stay focused on reaching that week or month!!

i always get frozen dinners for the week, i only have a 30 min lunch break so it seems like the most convinient way to go

I definately think anything cardio is the way to go, for example spinning or step aerobics

i am always worried about the weekends...the weekend is the only time my calorie intake goes crazy!!! Today alone I have already eaten most of my calories ugh!!! and its only friday!!!

well that was interesting...my day goes like this 7am- wake up and go to work and eat breakfast on the road 11:30- lunch break eat my prepacked meal usually a frozen healthy choice with fruit 4pm- leave work and eat snack on the road 5pm- finally home after picking up babies and i eat another snack usaully oatmeal or pb…
