Has anyone tried the mean green juice diet?
My weekends are usually horrible, eating wise, so i was thinking about juicing on Sats and Suns. What are you alls thoughts on this diet and has anyone tried it?

What meal do you buy when you have to eat out?
Wednesday I'll have to pick up something to eat cause I will not be home and I am already dreading the thought. I normally do subway but I have noticed that I always choose the wrong sandwich (sodium too high). Any suggestions?

When should I weigh myself?
I need other peoples expertise on this...what time of day should I weigh myself? I started MFP on tues, so i was thinking i'd weigh myself every tues, but when I weigh myself in the morning i am significantly lighter than the evening. I just dont want to cut myself short.
