Its a juice made from kale, cucumber, green apple, celery, and ginger. I saw a documentary about it and have drank it a few times, look it up its called the mean green juice

so basically stick to either beef fajitas or chicken fajitas with no tortillas, but sometimes those dishes look so greasy

well right now i am off for the summer so i have all the time in the world, but when i am working I exercise from 5:45-8pm and make a simple fast dinner when i get home. your a busy person so you'll have to figure out something that works for you, even if it is just 30 min a day

I love to workout too, mon-wed I workout for about 3 hrs and thurs and Fri for 2hrs!! I never burn less than 800 cals and I love it. I wish I had the will power to do the same on sat and sun but weekends are my fun time so it doesnt happen. So no girly, I dont think its too much!!!

OMGeeee, this happens to me all the time...not the blister thing but the bruised toe for sure. My second toe is the longest one on my foot so it constantly hits the tip of my shoe and then it'll get bruised and then it'll fall off. I swear, I cannot even count how many times this has happened to me, it is just so common…

I'm always curious about people my height and what their goals are and such... I am 5'7 1/2" my heaviest weight was 220 (in spring of 2010)!! When I started MFP I weighed 205 and my ultimate goal is to weigh 145-150! <That seems impossible though!! The smallest I have ever been is 150 and a size 9 but that was 10 yrs ago…

I normally just eat what my body needs which is 1500-1800 a day!! Even though my recommended cal intake is 1280 I feel like I wouldnt be able to survive with such little food. I do exercise a lot though...I normally do eat some of my workout cals but not all, that would be too much food haha
