I swapped out my polar loop which I had for 6 months for a fitbit flex. I like the fitbit better and no issues sleeping with either.

Please let me know as well. I will be done with P90x3 on 07/26. I was planning to start Body Beast on 7/28 amd I am thinking about adding PiYo for continuing to work on flexibility. I just ordered BB Friday and will likely order PiYo Monday. Initially, I am just planning to do PiYo in the morning and BB after work.

I am down 30lbs and it is only recently people have noticed. Keep it up1 Also, you should measure your waist, hips, biceps and thighs. Then measure them again when you have lost another 10lbs. Repeat until you get to your goal weight. Even if the pictures don't show it, the measurements will tell you it's real.

After reading this and other threads, I finally decided to dump my Polar loop which I have been using for the last 6 months. Once I started using MyFitnessPal App and combined it with the Digiifit app, I understand why people also like the fitbit. I also own the Polar H7 heart rate monitor. The real power of monitoring…

Check Craig's list for dumbbells. But the range I see posted is about 2 - 25lbs for woman. Alternatively, you can get elastic bands which are less expensive and portable. I personally recommend BodyLastic bands ( work safe: http://www.bodylastics.com/bodylastics-basic-tension-system/) as they have a safety cord that will…

You should consider the Polar Loop as well. While it does not have an altimeter, it is water resistance ( to 20M or so). I have had mine since January and wear it the shower daily.

I like BioChem's Natural Whey which has zero additives. I get the BodyTech natural casein for the same reason. You can add your own carbs to either.

with my Polar FT40, I find replacing both batteries at the same time worked best.

Congrats on P90X3. I did 8 weeks of P90X last fall until time got me. I was super excited over P90X3 being 30mins and did 8 weeks from Jan through early march. I lost 15lbs that stayed off. I started a second round of P90X3 and I am currently finishing week 8 with a good portion of it doing the doubles program. I am…

Hii, I am new but I have owned my Polar FT40 since 2009 and the Polar Loop since January of this year. I am not familar with the VivoFit. I did find a difference in the Loop vs FT40 but only a couple of %. Basically, I think the FT40 is probably more accurate that the VivoFit if you have taken the fitness test including on…
