Am I getting this right?! I add the number of calories I have burned off in the day to the number of calories I am supposed to eat each day & that is the total I can eat? For instance, I am limiting myself to 1200 calories daily but on most days I burn off at least 600 calories in exercise. So does that raise my calorie…

I feel your pain! I've been recovering from a broken ankle for the past month. My orthopedic doc says that you can start walking on any broken bone as soon as you want as long as you use common sense. I started walking again after being off my feet for 2 weeks.
