I know this group is not very active but I just warmed up a cup of broth to start my 5 day reset. I had surgery in 2014 and I have regained a little. I'm hoping this is what I need to get the scale moving in the right direction. Message me if you see this and want to join me.

I weighed 180 on January 1st and I want to lose 20 pounds at least by March 1st before I see my cosmetic surgeon. I'm at 175 now so I'm doing good so far. I hardly tried. 3- I drank Premier Protein shakes and Isopure protein drinks in the first two weeks to get my…

I'm currently experiencing my first stall. It's more heart breaking than I thought it would be. My rational brain knows that I will lose weight but my emotional brain is freaking out. I have decided to stay off the scale for a week. Today was day one. I made it through. I wish I could offer you words of wisdom and advice.…

I've quit soda few times in my life for a few weeks at a time. I's been over a month this time and I believe this time it' for good. The more I learned about it and what it does to your body, the easier it was to commit. Good luck.

I told my daughter to keep pedaling no matter what and she would end up going whatever direction she was looking. If she looked down, she would fall. If she looked up she would go straight and if she looked to the side she would turn. I only had to push her a few times before she could start on her own but I taught her…
