I get Starbucks every morning. There are 3 close (within 2 miles). I walk or jog to one of them every morning. Whenever I get bored or find a pause in my day, I walk around the block. I love quest bars too.. I eat them almost everyday and have lost 63 lbs in 5 months.. No sweat edit: Only reason I don't eat them everyday: I just ran out on Wednesday!!!! Check my diary if you don't believe me :open_mouth:

1x9 = 9 (fat) 73x4 = 292 (carbs) 12x4 = 48 (protein) Total = 349 calories. I think that says it all... Ill stick with my whole grain Barilla at 200 Cal.. I love pasta too...

I agree with a comment made: Americans are FATIES! I was 237 and thought I needed to drop 20, maybe 30 lbs. Im down 62, and have 6 to go. LOL In terms of the 10 you gained, you know how to trim it.. :)

I'm 49, and started my journey on June 16th of this year at 237. Joined the gym, started walking and logging (weighing every ounce of food) diet. I only had "a few pounds to lose".. turned out that was over 60.. but I did the following: Walk 5-10 miles per day. 30-60 minutes gym per day (6 or 7 days a week) Set MPF to -2 lbs per week, and ate under that allotment.

Big Boned is a myth.. Yes, bones structure varies, but not in the sense of fat vs. skinny. Its just another excuse the faties use as part of their chain of denial.

I saw a woman give birth while on the squat rack last week. Looked like it was a pretty easy delivery.. just sorta popped out. Everyone was so excited. .

Under "goals - unguided" you can change the percentages, but I wouldn't. Eat at a deficit (that it gives you) and continue to lift to retain muscle. Not hard at all.

How much do you weigh? You said you want to lose 20, over what period of time? I think you could lost 2-3 lbs a week if you add in the exercise.

As I am shoving things in my mouth, I log it. If I'm out, i use my phone. So its real time, every meal, (all weighed when possible)
