Add some active friends. Find some people that had 100+ to lose and are on their way. This works great, its just a mater of "doing it". Good luck!! Glad you are here!! One on my awesome friends just went past the - 200 mark. You can do this!

If you do not have high blood pressure or pre-high blood pressure, its not as concerning. I had high blood pressure for 20+ years. Once I lost 40 lbs, BP went to normal AS LONG as I keep sodium close to 2300. I go over, its hard not to, but the reality is: Many people eat 4X and 6X the recommended sodium.

I put active, and walk about 15K steps a day. That seems to avg out about right. I don't log this as exercise. You did not (specifically) say Net or Gross Calories. I typically eat 1700 - 1800 (gross) but net avg is around 1000. Edit: Did the math: Avg for 74 days: 1194 NET

Sparking water, flavored water, and coke zero.. I know a lot of people say no to the "diet sodas".. but others on here (who have lost 100's of pounds- say screw it: I like it, and its zero calories.) I drink Coke Zero from time to time.
