I love all the pics, especially the pug and boxer. I wish I could post mine, but I'm on the app, lol.

Everyday I take a bite of my child's peanut butter jelly bagel and don't log it. She gets so mad, but it looks so good.

Right! I missed the whole week part. My bad

Going to the gym lifting weights? Maybe you're losing weight while your muscles are growning. I say keep at it for a wee bit longer. It could also help if you measure your waist, etc. Good luck!

Some people are clueless when it comes to health. It's obvious. I suppose certain things should be common sense, but some people think calories are something magical and unpredictable. It is eye rolling, but they are here for a reason and it's better to be patient with these new members.

Water definitely helps, but if you need something more satisfying try tea. I go though cups and cups of chamomile, vanilla, cinnamon, etc. Zero calories and 100% flavor.

I don't understand. .. Are you venting about people eating back the calories they burn exercising and then saying they don't lose weight?

Repetition. Find what fits and works and stick to it. I've been on a 1200 calorie diet for a couple months and my meals are the same every day. It sucks, but its stopped me from stressing out about making dinners etc. I've lost 10+ pounds sticking to this. When I get to my goal weight I will eat to maintain. Yes, it is…

I have exercised on my birthday because I wasn't doing much. There's also times when I haven't. Frankly it depends on how I feel. Do what feels right.

I'm 5'. At my heaviest I was 147, it took me 9 months to get to 121, but that was without mfp. I am now 107 and shooting for 100. I'm eating 1200 calories a day. It's a very sad diet, but once I reach my goal I will eat to maintain. Just a few more months to go

Thanks for the post! I recently bought a scale that I use for both food and shipping. I haven't had a problem losing weight but I was shocked to see how much I was under eating. When I'm on a 1200 Cal diet, those missing oz's mean a lot more. Now I have less stress and more confidence in my logging.

When I was a 34G Shock Absorber worked very well. Sometimes you can get a good deal on eBay. Look for sellers from Britain. They make amazing bras for women with a bigger bust. Good luck!

I do this one once every other month and on my cardio day...I never do it where anyone else could see me though, lol. https://youtube.com/watch?v=ZsVp7wRWG7I This workout is from the 90s but OMG it's hard. I think I even wore a leotard once just for fun, lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Upi51Fj0pSM

I'm 5' and I weigh 116lbs. I would love to lose 5-10lbs but I wouldn't mind weighing more if it's because I got stronger. I'm a little confused about how much I'm supposed to eat. I'm torn between wanting to look slim and being strong. I don't want to overeat but I don't want to lose muscle by undereating. Realistically,…

I used Splenda to wean myself off sugar. Once I did that I cut it out if my daily consumption. It was preference to be honest, Splenda and sweet and low just tastes too chemichally. The only time that I use it is when I bake. Having a slice of banana bread at 114 Cal or zucchini cake for 78cals for snack makes life more…

I'm in! I want to walk a minimum of 30 mins, 5-6 days a week. 10/1: 110 mins 12%/3.6 10/2: 34mins " " 10/3: 110 mins " "

I'm in the process if making my own protein bars. Experimenting with consistency and ingredients. Here's what my latest experiment. Not sure how to add pictures as it would make the nutritional facts way easier. I workout every day and burn 1000 calories so 284 seems like nothing to me when it comes to getting 28g of carbs…
