:happy: I am at my goal which was to get back down the lbs that I had gained during the pregnancy. I love the accountability, to hold my friends/clients accountable and know that everyone else has ups and downs and struggles with nutrition, exercise and life. I would get rid of Facebook before MFP.

I measure every meal! My eyes lie to me if I do not. They tell me that I need more. :) I have weighed and measured my food for over 12 years. I serve food with measuring cups.
