I don't eat bars often, but I do like quest bars either baked in the oven for a few minutes or microwaved. They are better used in my recipes, but I would rather eat a protein pancake or mug cake any day!

Always have done this and always reccomend to my clients. If you got a personal trainer than obviously what you currently are doing is not working. Start out with 4 meals if 6 is too many.

If you want to count sugar, then count the sugar of any processed foods, not fruits and veggies.

I do add cinnamon & stevia to pancake recipe.

I make it with water, berries cinnamon and stevia or into pancakes. Pancake recipe: 1/3 cup egg whites 1/3 cup pumpkin or fruit or pumpkin & fruit :) 1/3 cup bob's red mill 1 T unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp chia seeds or flax or hemp Mix. Spray pan. Eat! Easy and yummy!

I have done it due to chronic constipation even while on a clean diet and it works within 30-60 minutes, but stay close to the bathroom. It doesn't always work if I am depleted of salt. I use the pink salt and order it.

Those stupid jars of peanut butter get m every time. Seriously, how can I eat only 1-2 T? Naturally more peanut butter is too die for and every friday I dive in. Not this Friday, not doing it!

I was about 120 lbs and a size 4. Now after three children I am in the best shape of my life. Each pregnancy I knew more about how to help people. I weight about 110-113 lbs now, but have a lot more MUSCLE. I have been a certified fitness trainer so it is my job to stay lean, fit and healthy:happy: ! :)

I eat a lot! I had greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and homemade hummus with pepers and an additional 1/2 cup of strawberries.

This! Why avoid sugar completely. Just decrease the intake from what you are now. It should be something ou can mantain.

We have had people come into our site and weigh. All you do is print out the sheet and take into fitness center and they will weigh you and send in weight by fax or site. The fitness center has to be part of the program.

I started drinking it daily and never had a bladder infection, went to doctor and told him about change and that is what the doc said. I stopped it and never had one again. Maybe I am just opposite of the normal! LOL!:tongue:

I eat high carb pre workout breakfast. I am not trying to lose anything. I have maintained 9% bodyfat. Carbs are fine if they are the good carbs for your body.
