  • Hey, welcome back. I know what you mean with the whole family thing. It's discouraging more than anything when you know you're not happy with how you look, yet people try to claim you look fine. A bit of honesty and a bit of motivation and you'll be golden! Feel free to add me if you'd like.
  • If your results are starting to slow down, then definitely change up the exercises you're doing. It could just be that your body is getting used to the current workout and as a result it's not translating in to results that you've previously had.

  • I had huge differences when weighing myself on a carpet and on hard flooring. I'm 16st but on the carpet it kept coming up 12st 4lbs It probably depends on a number of things (carpet thickness, scales etc.)

  • I was forced to eat breakfast every morning for 6 months, and in all honesty I didn't feel a difference between having it and not having it. That was while I was extremely active everyday. I'm the same as you, in that it makes me feel sick. I very rarely have breakfast now.

  • Thank you, yeah I'll definitely try and log everything... may even set a reminder on my phone for it. My biggest struggle with logging it will be forgetfulness, but I'm hoping I can visit here daily, for both motivation, helping encourage other people and to make sure I keep myself on target.
  • Yeah I understand that, the only thing I do really enjoy is my Irn-Bru... but I've wanted to cut it out for a while, both for fitness and to keep my teeth intact and white haha. I think the occasional take-away will be in there somewhere to keep me sweet.
