  • Almost made it until 3pm today fasting. Apparently today is national popcorn day. All of the teachers at school were given freshly popped popcorn. And.....I ate it. I'm pretty sure I still stayed within my calorie range for today though!

  • I must also note that my stomach feels less bloated and a little smaller today. I will weigh myself tomorrow for official weigh-in day.
  • Today ended up being a 16:8. I had Subway for lunch and then a hot dog for dinner. Planning to try again for omad tomorrow as we always go out to dinner after work. I will plan to have my meal then. :)
  • Woohoo! I fasted from 7pm last night until 3:30pm today. Skipped breakfast (and the coffee with creamer I usually drink), skipped lunch and waited until the school day was over and ate at 3:30pm. This is a nonscale victory! I am planning to try the same thing tomorrow. Wish me luck!

  • By the way....spending money on dietbet was ineffective for me. I didn't lose any weight or change any habits. Just donated 10 bucks. Boooo.
