I can see a difference for sure and you look great. If you don't already know about it, Freeletics is an app (there is a free version and a paid version, I only use the free version) that also has lots of bodyweight exercises. Keep on going. You look fantastic. :smile:

Same here. If I have it in the house, I will eat it. If I want ice cream (or soda or other snacks that I would binge on) I make it so I have to go to a fast food place to get it. It makes it more expensive (so I can't do it all the time), plus comes in a smaller serving than a tub. My personal rule is that I am allowed to…

I bet if you incorporate some strength training (bodyweight exercises are the most convenient) you would see some changes in your body composition. A great resource for information on this is nerdfitness.com

Congratulations on your baby! A home workout that I like a lot is Leslie sansone walk away the pounds. This is something I could even do while changing a diaper! Check it out on you tube. The workout is much more information effective and interesting than it sounds.
