I drink mostly water.. usually throw a slice of lemon or lime in it. Also like the plain seltzer (also adding a slice of fruit). You're making the right steps, just continue keeping track, log what you do and eat... and DON'T GIVE UP. You're not alone. Good luck on your journey :)

I get up around 5:30 and head out for a walk. Don't even put my contacts in... eyes aren't really open too much to start anyway. I listen to audio books instead of music. (David Baldacci - The Forgotten this morning) The story keeps my mind distracted and I just go. I don't eat or drink until I'm done with the walk…

My scale breaks every Sunday just before my weigh in... seems to be good the rest of the week. If anyone knows a good scale repair person.... :) Just started here a month ago... happy to join your cheer squad. We can throw the scales against the wall together!

I don't eat first... usually do my walk then get back start the coffee and grab a shower. Then breakfast. Just do what works for you!! :yawn:
