:blushing: If it makes you feel any better I had three mojitos last night. When I logged it in this morning, I realized I drank darn near my caloric allowance for the whole day. Major bummer, won't make that mistake again! :drinker:

People who work out in the morning will tell you that increasing your heart rate at the beginning of the day sets the tone for the rest of your day. They say you get more done & and are more likely to stay on track. I do it whenever I can squeeze it in. I think it's personal preference:smile:

Here's one I made yesterday: Vanilla yoplait light yogurt 1/2 cup strawberries 1/2 cup skim milk 5 ice cubes Blend all ingredients...yum!

Same here :sad: Bummer. The problem for me is I hate to cook on the weekends.

What about making chilli with ground chicken or turkey, if the veggie stuff wierds you out? I agree though, some stuff is better to do without, than modify:wink:
