GNC 100% whey protein. You can get it @ Rite Aid. I usually just mix with water. Today I made a smoothie with some frozen fruit. Yum

I drink primarily water too. When I get sick of it, I have a low-cal flavored water or a glass of crystal light. :drinker:

I don't count Pilates into MFP, only cardio stuff. I think it's just strength training unless you have a cardio version.

It's safe. Are you talking about a product like mona vie? It has a lot of anti-oxidants in it much like other berries. It helps with maintaining many healthy functions. I wouldn't put a whole lot of money into it. I don't think it's much different than drinking a glass of cranberry juice a day.
