I think I might combine the two and make peanut butter fruit and nut bars. I have done it before with nutella :) Its getting the calories in easy to eat chunks. PB seems to be the way to go!

Its more texture then taste, and I think its moth ball sensation I get when its in my mouth

I never thought about oils! I guess I could make peanut butter shakes like I do with the nutella but with lactose free milk. I always thought salmon was very low in fat, learn something new everyday!

I need to gain fat ( I have a very low percentage) . Hence why I was recommend it.

I understand completely I am finding it very difficult to eat over 2000 calories, it is a struggle for me. The thought of being pushed to eat more then that terrifies me. skinny fat? what does that mean?

My family believes its just hereditary or possibly to do with hormones as the females in my family were all around the 8 - 9 stone mark when my age before having kids. After they had kids they all went to around 12-14 stone. Not positive if this is the case for me.

Currently having therapy as recommend by many people on here. I am adjusting my food intake but my stomach is still very sensitive to certain foods ( test results suggest IBS and nothing serious) I have gained 1 KG already, a small amount yes but I think it is progress :)

Its what my Doctor has recommended . I use to only eat around 1000. I am not a body builder or a man so please do not compare my calories to yours.

considering I dont excersise at all I think I am spot on with 2000 all of you body build and excersise I dont go out the house.

I do use a food scale :) I tend to eat twice the recommended portion of cereal, pasta and rice. If I see the serving on the packet as 3 pieces then I will have 6 ect. I try to double what a serving normally is. with meat ect its a bit harder. I find carbs easier to eat in bulk

I almost died due to anorexia 10 years ago. I had weeks to live as I ate so little. I was in recovery for 4 years and now can eat normal but the sight of my bony body has plagued me ever since. I still feel I look anorexic
