A few comments have mentioned that I have high body fat? Really confused as I have never had that measured so how can you know? am I missing something. my family and friends confirmed that i look very underweight so I am confused about the responses saying i have high body fat? What does this mean please

Yes but those were weeks ago and I cannot find the threads. Why is everyone so rude on here? No matter what thread I post people like to question me and look down there nose at me. Seems like I am dammed no matter what I ask!

I cannot stand Avocado but I can add more high fats to my diet :) Can you recommended any other foods that have a high concentrate of fats or oils?

They only have one Doctor - use to have two but one left. I cannot afford to travel or pay privately. The only other doctor in my area is my OLD doctor whom I moved from because he removed my allergies from my file and I ended up being prescribed medication I was allergic to (Penicillin)

I became more stressed having to log my calories and became obsessed with high calorie foods to a unnerving level. My partner wont let me log calories or weigh myself daily as it is more destructive then helpful. I add up my calories as the days goes on and make a mental note.

Already had both of those. Came out that I was on the "dangerous" end of depression. Thyroid tests all came back normal

Contraceptive medication and stronger anxiety medication. Only medication I am on at the moment is to keep my heartrate steady as if it gets too high I need to go to A&E

My GP refused to give me medication because he said my body is too thin to cope with it. I dont think he would have said that if my weight was okay. I was told I need to gain a stone before I can take any kind of medication.

Yes and I realize it may now not be possible. Around 2000 calories per day, half of that is a big evening meal

Thank you for the advice and sharing your experience. From what I can remember my periods were normal when I was around 19-20 on the bmi scale so I think it's a good goal to work with :)

I weigh 8 stone. I need to gain at least a stone but would be more happy to be around 10 stone (I felt the best health wise when I was that weight in the past)

What is your diet like at the moment? will give us a better idea on how many calories your intaking :) When I was on 2000 a day my weight was only maintained but when I go over that I start to gain a little. Thats a great idea! I was thinking of what way I can add meals I regularly eat without having to go through it all again thanks :) Just gone back and re-calculated a meal I had yesterday and it came to over 1000 calories! So I was greatly underestimating /guessing before

Looks like I will have to do it the hard way then XD I normally just throw stuff in when I cook and add more if it needs it. will have to get in the habit of weighing everything beforehand
