  • Day 4of level 4 done
  • didnt post here for 45 days I think. just busy with day's work Completed 6 days of level 3. it was alright yesterday did day one of Level 4, actually liked some of the routines. However today quite lazy to do the second day...need some motivation please... i dont want to miss a single day this week
  • Day 3 lee\vel 3 done.. Quite tired this morning, though muscles werent sore as expected. But could not do them to the fullest energy, managed to make it to the end half the well crossed, 3 more days to go
  • The one where push downs with head touching the floor, cant even remember the name now - I rolled over my head today. I might have a bit of stiff neck later I suppose. Take care while doing that ;-) Day 2 Level 3 complete.
  • Day 1 Level 3 My muscles hate Jillian by this time. Feels refreshed after completion, but it feels like hell and stupid for not getting the moves right :-(
  • What keeps me going? It is you all!!! Knowing that I would be left behind if I dont do it, motivates me and pushes me to do those evil things :)

  • Running man is quite a discomfort for me given my weak bladder. Instead I do the butt kicks that time and repeat them in the next circuit also. I told myself the idea of cardio is to elevate heart beat and get the body warmed up, so I substituted this for the one I can do
  • Yesterday did Day 6 of level 1 and comparatively it was less painful. A small feel good factor of doing level 1. Thought my main victory would be to cross Level 2 as 4 months back I gave up in Level 2 Waiting for the monday

  • Me too Day 5 level 1 Feeling much better today Cant believe 5 days are over. my plan too is to do for 6 days and sunday as the rest day

  • Did Day 2 I am completely sore, my right thighs are quite sore while I cant feel anything in the left, same for right hand. Am I doing something wrong ?
  • Thank you soo much. Each sentence was like hitting on my head and making me realise the obvious. I tend to use too much sugar in my coffee (though my coffee intake is 3 cups per day, I use 4-5 tsp of sugar per cup) I shall reduce the sugar intake as you said and increase the fruits...Time to go healthy Shopping

  • I did it. Though going through it was painful, it feels so good after completion I would consider this a big success if I make it through all 4 levels

  • Thank you for that thought. Is it then there is some version of Brown Basmati Rice..?\ Hard to find in this part of the world, the problem is I love rice... i do have lots of veggies and soups but if I dont eat rice, I get cranky
