I've been dropping the ball for the last couple of days...My schedule has become increasingly busy and by Monday it will be back to something that I can commit to a bit better. I'M NOT GIVING UP!!!! :)

Week 4 Day 1: 95% NAILED cardio today. You guys have been great motivators!

Ugg... Weight: +4.4 (I attribute this to "water" weight) Waist: -1.5 Thigh:-.5 Chest and Arms: No change So I gained weight but lost inches...

Speed done! I was worried I wasn't going to get to it, but whites a little speed before bed :wink:

I also did not do my stretches yesterday...but the planks were just as "enjoyable" (says with seething sarcasm) as before. Also not my best effort...

Farewell Week Two!! Doing the ab work after lower focus was a little challenging for me, but I got it done. I was excited to see tangible results (i.e. scale, measurements) so this adds more motivation to keep on keeping on! You guys are great! :) By the way, does anyone use the "Shakeology" supplement?

Due to my schedule, it's better for me to do my weekly check in on Fridays so: Weight: -2.4lbs Waist: -0.5 inch Thighs: -0.5 inch Chest and arms stayed the same

Speed complete! Another workout where I followed the others more than the modifier...and I think I am seeing some leg definition :blush:

Yep, I am not a planker what so ever! and the modified ones were no better because my upper body strength is very slack. But we are doing it and trying and attempting so we should all be proud!!!

Yaay Cardio is done for today! And I actually was able to do more of the regular and less modifier today :) Progress!

Morning or Night? Just wondering at what time of day people usually exercise?

I will have them for next week! I never logged a started weight/measurement and can only guess that I'm at least down 1 lb but have no idea on inches. Bring on week 2!

Double Down DONE! Must say the lower work out was a challenge, but I did find I was able to do some of the higher intensity stuff for the cardio today :) yaaaay progress!

Just finished Day 3 total body circuit...sadly I am mostly with the modifier (especially the planks) but can do some of the jogging on spot/squat stuff....
