Doing an Ironaman i such a blast!! Remember the feeling of total shutdown in the entire body, but still finding a way to continue. It is probably the achievement I am most proud of completing. I was back then not too fit, a little too fat and my longest swim was probably 1k.

What made the trick for me was two things: 1) engage your entire body, aka tighten your core, *kitten*, legs etc to really push the weigth 2) the days I feel really good...put in a cheat rep or two. Even if I would fail at the start of the lift, this means I can finish a rep or two extra.

You can see it in the navel area. When it starts to "smile" you've got a little extra. You're far from fat, but if I were you, I'd try to gain som muscles. That way the body will be way more toned without having to diet. Skinny without muscles are just..well..small.

Was a hard weekend. I've worked to much last two weeks, and I know I ate a lot both saturday and sunday, without any time to do anything besides work and sleep (been at work for 165 hours last two weeks).
