Before you started logging here were you eating 1500-1600 calories? Only thing I would say if your measuring everything is to not have all the premade stuff I see, or avoid eating premade foods for a bit.. but at 6 ft tall you should be able to eat 1800 consistently and lose.. If you Binge, you are probably under eating.. especially if its several items or everything in the house. (not like a trigger food type deal)

You will lose weight.. But eating that little its gonna be your muscle meaning your gym time is wasted.. and you don't need to spend 2 hours in the gym.. 45 minutes.. Probably start at 2000/2200 calories and see... 180g of protein daily.

Increase your weight on resistance training, and decrease your rest time between sets.

If your not losing eating 1200 calories your snacking or not accurately counting stuff your eating.. I would say you could eat 1500 calories at your height no problem and still lose.. if your tracking accurately.

the sugary drinks plus whatever he eats a day might be a lot of calories.. or he is binging at work or during lunch away from you.. or on the weekends..

your lifestyle is your work and movements between that.. exercise is extra activity outside of that... one thing you probably do everyday (like go to work, walk around, etc etc) and then you exercise everyother day but you need to eat that back..

Surprised nobody mentioned this but these are 2 things you should really be worried about.. your losing muscle, and your not lifting.. its harder to gain muscle back then maintain that muscle.. so there is really no reason why you shouldn't be lifting now to keep what your losing.. because gaining it back is way harder..…

That's ambitious goal to get that low in bf in that short of time.. as woman are atheltic/lean under 20.. You might want to eat a bit more consistantly and lose some of the HIIT.. And obviously if your lifting, you should be struggling to finish your sets at 8-10 reps... if not.. up that weight.

You still have a bunch to lose it looks like.. so I would say if your losing 1-2 lbs a week currently.. Don't change anything... Lifestyle is just more or less calories.. its all an experiment, but if something is currently working.. dont mess with it.
