Its all about tracking what you eat, and eating for your activity level.. Sounds like you may be estimating your calories, binge eating (which is a sign of undereating), and 1200 calories at your height/weight/any activity is not right.. Get a digital food scale, search for BMR, and TDEE.. Read all the forums about it..…

5'10, 150, active, 1900-2000 calories.. Looking to lose inches and increase muscle.. you need to hit the weights and reduce your cardio.. just working abs, glutes, and lunges sound like your targeting those areas.. which is pointless.

there is no down side to having too much vitamin C unless your dr tells you otherwise from blood tests... Fruit has calories in it too.. so make sure you account for those.

cut out your cheat meal (for 1-2 weeks) and just eat your normal calorie allowance and see what happens...

Stay at 1800 and see where your at in 2 weeks, looked at your diary and you could definitely eat more protein at the expense of your carb intake to retain more muscle.. if no changes drop by 100 calories.. all this while not having any cheat meals (til your numbers are in check)
