I was away for a couple of weeks and am trying desperately to catchup with this thread as it's my favourite. I'm on page 300 now and I fear it will never happen.

Yum! I had cake..

Congrats!

Thankyou!

Thanks to the both of you. The thing is apart from this issue we have an amazing relationship. We do talk about marriage and stuff. She's the first woman I've ever been with and it was hard for me to come out too. I know it's different for everyone but now I feel like I want everyone to know and I wish it was the same way…

Wow amazing job!

Confession - I've been in a relationship with a girl for a year and a half. I feel like I'm so honest about our relationship and I gush about her all of the time, all of my friends and family know but she keeps me hidden because of the fact I'm female. None of her work friends know and she hasn't even told her so called…

For dinner tonight I've had a massive chocolate bar and almost a pint of chocolate brownie ice cream. I regret everything.

Judgement is human nature.

Okay I'll admit defeat. Each to their own I guess.

When I was 5, I threw up after having strawberry milk and scrambled eggs. Logically, I love eggs but the smell of strawberry syrup grosses me out. [/quote] When I was a child I was sick and they thought banana flavoured medicine would help me take it. I did and then thew up violently for days. I can now have bananas but I…

Honestly I think it's because I like the feeling of being drunk. There's that quote 'Drinking alcohol is just borrowing happiness from tomorrow' haha.. I know people who can't stand the feeling though and I wish I was one of those. I grew up with an alcoholic Mother and that still didn't deter me  The binge…

Yeah but turning the incline right up then holding on for dear life defeats the point of the incline in the first place. I know it has no effect on me but just because I'm curious about why someone would do this doesn't mean I'm in the wrong or being judgy about it.
-
I don't judge anyone for it but I do wonder what the point is in putting the treadmill on an incline to just hold on to it. Like when people are on the steppers and put all their weight on the side I cringe at the men with big muscles strutting around in tiny little vests and shorts who clearly love themselves. When people…

All of you people who've never been hungover - that's amazing! When I was a student I was hungover every single weekend. Honestly I put on most of my weight from drinking my calories and the poor food choices that came with it. I'll still have a drink on a Saturday but any other time it's just not worth it. I like going to…

If nobody aired their dirty laundary on Facebook it wouldn't be half as entertaining!

I never realised this!

I'm British and when I tasted Hershey's for the first time I thought it tasted like vomit. Not vomit as in gross and I just didn't like it.. vomit as in literal sick, like the aftertaste I have in mouth when I've puked. I've tried it again since and I still think the same thing.
-
Haha I love that!

Confession - I've never had a Krispy Kreme but the Reese's peanut butter ones are making me seriously consider it!
-
I went to bed hungry last night and dreamt about food all night.
-
I've had several gins, white chocolate and ice cream followed by a spoonful of peanut butter then Nutella (repeat this 3 times) totally destroyed my deficit for the week! So disappointed in myself...
-
Me too! I never have carbs with dinner anymore so I can have chocolate as my evening snack.

I used to think this and was definitely all about the full fat coke but I forced myself to switch to diet and eventually started to enjoy it. Now I can't stomach the normal version as I can REALLY taste the sugar and I can feel it lingering in my mouth afterwards. Same with tea - had that with 2 sugars and gradually cut…

Yeah I definitely want children so that would be a big thing to consider.

Hey all. 24 years old from England. I'm 5'2, started out at 140lbs and got down to 110lbs using MFP. At first I did it without exercise and then when I finally joined a gym it was all just cardio. Felt like I've been left looking the dreaded 'skinny fat'. Started this programme to tone up and have some sort of structure…

I'm a 32GG and I hate it. It's not due to my weight (5'2, 110lbs) I'm so uncomfortable and I've been thinking about going to the docs for a while now. I've done loads of research and the only thing bothering me is the scarring..

Yep I always call my evening meal my tea. I have to remind myself to refer to it as dinner on these boards!

I never eat breakfast and I'm totally fine. I have a black coffee before my workout and my first meal around lunch time. Again I think it's totally personal preference but I hate exercising with any food in my stomach my body just does not like it! Also I find it makes me hungrier for the rest of the day if I eat early…
