I went for the white chocolate raspberry. They are nice although I wish the chocolate chunks were bigger, the raspberry's kinda overpowering. Double choc chunk and s'mores are definitely next on my list!

I save up most of my calories for the night time! I have a black coffee for breakfast, a small lunch, snack around 4pm before dinner at 7. I'm a total night owl. I stay up super late for no reason even when I'm tired and I know I'll regret it the next day. Even though I know my workout will suffer and I get hungrier on less sleep. I can't bring myself to ever have an early night.

I lost a lot of weight a year and a half ago drinking alcohol and barely eating, subsequently losing a lot muscle mass too. I sorted out my diet and exercise routine a year ago but even now at 112lbs I'm the dreaded skinny fat. My arms and legs are slim and toned but my middle is still very flabby looking.

I've tried it twice and got to week 4 and then quit but I'm restarting it again on Monday. Apparently you start seeing the biggest results around week 8. I'm gonna stick it out this time - Third time's the charm!

I don't have carbs with my dinner so I have room for chocolate. Sweets/chocolate make up almost a quarter of my daily calories. I really need to get it under control.
