I'm struggling with the same thing, but I'm on week 2 and losing weight. My macro goals are 25% carbs, 40% protein and 35% fat. I keep going under my protein goal and over my fat goal. I eat low-fat yogurt. Fage or Stonyfield farm are both good brands.

I decided to join WW in January. Lost 16 pounds then stalled, and then put it all back on. I decided to look into creating a modified low carb diet, taking pieces from what I learned through WW, here, and from research I have done. I think WW has many good aspects, but it is not a one size fits all.
