  • From what I have read (and still working on myself) is that you need to do strength workouts that focus on the whole body or larger muscle groups to loss fat faster. So far I have been working on cardio myself first and starting to phase in body weight and strength exercises. In the last month ,since I restarted working…
  • I would not worry about it. It is not unusual for a person to plateau for a couple of weeks....just your body adjusting. The best way to avoid it (I have not yet but just started) is to try changing things up. Do a different routine for a few weeks and you should start see results again.
