I seem to have plateaued. I am bouncing around to within a lb of my lowest weight recorded here. But I cannot seem to get lower. Any tips? I am doing bootcamp 3x a week and with the exception of Easter under calories every day. Is it maybe Easter still messing with me (I was about 300 calories over on Easter).

Thanks for any suggestions!

Maybe try eating 200 more calories a day. Your body may need a calorie jolt to wake it back up! That's what im trying so we will see if it works!

Up your cals. When I hit a plateau I changed my cals from 1200 to 1550. Worked for me.

Hang in there! Sounds like you are on the right path. Check your sodium levels as well.

INSANITY! You will get over that plateau quick. I just did a video about three hours ago and I felt pushed yet great afterwards.

I would not worry about it. It is not unusual for a person to plateau for a couple of weeks....just your body adjusting. The best way to avoid it (I have not yet but just started) is to try changing things up. Do a different routine for a few weeks and you should start see results again.

I agree with adding some calories. Your body may be in starvation mode if you are lower on your calories and sometimes going over - especially when you are working out like you are - will kick start your weight loss. Your body will realize it is not starving an release the weight.

I have done that and it is crazy! I may not eat well a day or 2 and think oh I ahve done it only to find I have lost.

if you have hit a plateau my very first question is are you eating back your exercise calories?

Going over 300 calories in a day isn't going to hurt you, MFP sets up a 500 a day calorie deficit (if you are set up to lose a pound a week), so eating 300 calories will not hurt your progress b/c you are still under your normal daily calories!! Remember it takes 3500 calories to gain a pound, so 300 calories over once in awhile will not cause a huge weight gain.

Check your sodium, Easter may have caused you to go over on that, especially when family's cooking and we don't know exactly what is added to the food!! Or maybe you need to take a look at your activity versus your caloric intake? If you are working out a lot, but not eating enough this can cause a plateau! Are you eating back your excersise calories?? Or maybe you need to shake things up a bit and change your excersise routine!

Thanks all! I have been under my calories 100-200 calories most of the time so maybe I do need to eat a little more? My sodium levels have been 1k-4k -- what should they be?? Ok I looked into the sodium -- with the exception of Easter sodium is below 2500.
