  • Oh my gosh. They're crazy. You look fantastic. Don't listen to them. How sad is it that families often are the biggest roadblock in a journey to being healthy and fit. Ignore them the best you can. It's hard when the ones who are supposed to love and support you hurt your feelings. Keep it up because you look awesome!

  • I"m 5'6" and 137 lbs. I'm more on the muscular side and wear a size 4 or 5. I've been 125 and the same size, but I had no muscle. I've never been below 125. I would be a twig. We all carry different. I'd take a muscular 137 any day.
