I was 321lbs at my heaviest & my weight never bothered me really. I could still do athletic things, I had no aches or pains as you would expect someone my size to have. As I've always been big I'd imagine i've just conditioned myself overtime to adjust to the size. It never stopped me in anything so it never came across my…

I started my diet 77 days ago & have lost more than 45lbs, although completely differently to you I don't exercise (other than weights) & haven't eaten any junk foods. I stuck to healthy stuff & just went cold turkey (sometimes literally, cold turkey is lovely). I agree with you about cheat/treat days though, I've not had…

Does Sushi rice have more calories than regular basmati/long grain rice? I use Veetee rice & it has about 180 calories per 140g, which I think is about 3/4 of a cup I think. 150 calories for 1/4 cup seems so high. On your question though, get some scales man, they're so good for keeping things under control.

Gave up eating fried foods, haven't used any type of oil to cook with since the day I started on June 2nd & I haven't missed it at all. Infact no junk food at all, no crisps, no chocolate, no chicken nuggets, no chips/fries, no fizzy drinks, everything. Gave it all up & went cold turkey. The way I see it, this is a…

I never eat breakfast & am losing weight fairly quickly, wouldn't worry about it too much.

@BombshellPho I was on 850 to start with & realized that was too little, then went to about 1000, now about 1200, If I feel full I stop eating, no point in making myself feel sick in order to get extra calories in.

I'm exactly the same, gone from around 3000 a day to 950-1200 a day & as you said I'm finding it very easy. Also only having lunch & dinner due to the time I'm awake. So a lunch around 2pm, dinner around 7.30 & little healthy snacks in between.

Chicken nuggets, pick & mix sweets, cake stuff such as muffins & cupcakes, pastry, jam, yoghurts (like the cadbury, rolo, mini-eggs ones), streaky bacon, cheeses, take-aways, cheesecake type desserts, icecream, hot dogs, fried eggs, haven't used oil to cook with since I started. (actually dry cooking chicken on a skillet…

Yeah I wasn't going to bother but as I'm fairly new to this I wanted to be logging everything for now I think, thanks for the reply.

Just don't worry too much about things man, try to rewind & pick up where you felt best before.

Wow thanks for all the replies, it helps a lot. I have no idea about my body fat %, I've always been an odd build, a rugby style build. I was labelled a "Fatlete" throughout my school years as I was far heavier than almost everyone yet could perform at a fairly decent level athletically (250lb, 5ft 9 person on the…

Thanks for the replies, is it doing any long term damage or anything? The meals im eating I actually feel full, I am weighing everything before eating & counting everything. It seems silly to add more when I'm not actually hungry, I don't want to be just eating for the sake of eating. As you can probably tell from my size…
