Babies are smart. They seem to eat only what their body needs at the time. I remeber my son refused to take cough medicines and would throw up ect. Then the study came out that cough syrups were bad for you. I listen to my body not other people. My complexion is clearing my nails are growing and I am happier.

I ate less tham my requirement until i hit just under my goal weight (i did not excercise at all) - i only had to do it for a few months. when i went under my goal weight, i increased my calorie intake to what it shoyuld be. so i was 145 and then i went down to 118 in a few short months by eating 1000 calories or less.…

only eat what you need for fuel. and please do not wrap yourself in plastic and all the other crap wrestlers do. lol

do not eat any carbs. drink loads of green tea take natural water pills use benefiber to stay full. good luck. my sis is a body builder and the days before the competition its water pills, water and fish...
