Highest known was 260, although it was probably higher since I refused to ever look at a scale. I lost at least 50 of that before MyFitnessPal, maintained for several years, and then joined and am now at 175.6.

I have an exerpeutic recumbent bike. It's actually a pretty solid machine. It did take awhile to set up though. I use it 4-5 times a week.

I think Dannon's dairy dessert cheesecakes are delicious and they're only 180 calories.

If you drink all of your calories, you run a high risk of binging. There are no shortcuts to losing weight. Muster up some motivation and stick to a calorie deficit and who knows, maybe by next Christmas, you'll have surpassed your own expectations!

I weigh every morning but only log on Fridays. I actually really enjoy observing my daily patterns.

For me it's between 1-3 days. Depends on how far over I've gone. Some extra fiber seems to help me shorten that time frame.

Perhaps you should go to the doctor to see if you need an inhaler for exercise purposes... I always need one when I first start any sort of high intensity workout, but eventually am able to ween off of it once my body adjusts. (Dept. store mirrors have always seemed to be a bit skewed to me. You should invest in full…

The best thing I've ever heard when it comes to food (in regards to the holidays, but counts for birthdays too) is that it's not how you eat for one day. It's how you live the rest of the year. No regrets. Log it and move on. 3500 over will gain you a pound, but it should be easy enough to get rid of in a week or two. The…

Mine is open just in case someone were to stumble across me and get curious about food ideas based on similar goals, but I set it up so it doesn't post to my wall once I've finished logging my day. And, I would become highly annoyed if someone ever suggested I change something in my diary. I really can't think of anything…

Thank you for posting this! I'll be switching from modified push ups to this progression method since one of my goals for 2015 is to complete a warrior dash. My strength is severely lacking!!

138 days and 33.4 pounds.

1. My asthma is clearing up on its own. 2. My relationship with food has completely changed. I'm counting the days where I'm snuggled safely within healthy range so I can ::gasp:: gain weight, and do a bit of clean bulk before cutting to an ideal size for my frame.

I canceled my gym membership and used the money I saved from that to buy the staple equipment I use regularly. I live in the south, so it doesn't get as cold here as many who have posted, but I do have to contend with shorter days and a longer commute to and from work. It has been incredibly helpful!

This!

In-N-Out Burger -- I would rearrange my day to fit some of their menu in!

I do! I was actually underestimating when I first started... I couldn't figure out why I kept getting light headed. It has made a world of difference!

It is that simple. Most people don't like simple.

I might eat 4 or 5 Reese's!!!

Pita chips. I don't know how not to binge on those. Better safe than sorry.

It's the one time of year I avoid the apples. Thanks, mom, for instilling in me a strong sense of paranoia. Not to mention, that horrible Pinterest joke involving "caramel onions..." ;) No kids here, but I share the chocolate with my niece and nephew.

It really just depends on your body and the amount of fat tissue you've in your breasts. I've lost a little more than 30 pounds, and I'm still the same cup size.

Just after I moved out for the first time, I had a sack full of cheese Krystals and a Krystal chick value meal with cheese... just because I could.
-
If you use the recipe option, it does the calculation for you. It's fairly straight forward. I use it all of the time.

Your body will thank you for the off day. You may even find that you've gained a bit more strength. You won't regress. ;)

I started eating later and added my snack into my dinner -- sometimes I eat it with my meal, sometimes I save it for after my bike ride. I don't know if you have this option, but you could definitely save a few calories for after dinner. There is no harm in eating after a certain time.

Maybe toe socks could keep the skin from rubbing?

I don't think I can pick a favorite. This man was my childhood. RIP, sweet man.

I ate the last chocolate fried pie.

I remember how excited I was when I ran my first quarter mile last summer. Well done. :)

Not necessarily. I had gained twenty pounds since Christmas eating too much of the (and only) "right, clean, organic, healthy" foods. Now I eat whatever I want, take a multivitamin, and log everything.
