I'm not a fan of turnip greens, but they are a very popular southern dish. Here's a copycat Cracker Barrel recipe: http://crackerbarelathome.blogspot.com/2011/08/cracker-barrel-turnip-greens.html

1. I was bored. 2. I didn't want the doctor to tell me my weight. 3. Asthma.

I know it's a good workout: when my cat doesn't try and snuggle the dumbbells. when i'm no longer confined to eating only 1580 calories.

I would contact the local police dept. and give them a description of the lady and the vehicle. Ask if they could set up a "speed" trap near where you two cross paths each day. Maybe they'll catch her in the act.

count me in, if you have room left. sounds fun.

Pita chips are not safe in my house.

Take pictures. It's fun to watch yourself shrink! (I haven't hated myself since my teen years)

You should probably see an allergist to do an allergy test for food. It sounds like you, at the very least, have an allergy to dairy. Depending on how bad it is and how much you consumed before, your body is probably responding normally to having it taken out. (I have a mild allergy to dairy myself.)

I might have to pull out the 'red' card on this.

And a tie.

I hope it's kinkier than the book. Quite the disappointment.

This! A cheeseburger and a handful of fries and I'm stuffed. The day I realized I was capable of doing this, I was a happy girl. :drinker:

I don't run much anymore, too many injuries, but... 1. I wish I had a foot long chili cheese coney.

I picked the weight I was when I was in my late teens/early twenties, healthy, and playing softball nearly everyday. It falls right into the middle of my BMI scale.

This is awesome! Congratulations!

I waited an hour for him at Bonnaroo 10 years ago before I just started boo'ing. When he finally came on stage, it was well below expectation. I walked off.

The Lumineers are my go-to every time I do any kind of cardio.
-
The more cardio I do, the less I have to use my medications. I actually went an entire year without an inhaler or daily med. I know this isn't the case for everyone, but my asthma is induced by environment. That's one of my ultimate goals, to get back off the meds. Best of luck to you!

In all fairness, the "supersize me" guy intentionally ate beyond moderation and literally super sized everything. He was probably consuming Michael Phelps' level daily calories with little expenditure. I need chocolate now.
-
I went over my calorie goal by a few calories and posted it to Facebook out of pure humor. I felt not one ounce of guilt. Some days, I crave things that are "bad" so I rearrange my regular habits to indulge -- within my deficit.

At work, I usually just have one cup of yogurt with granola and two pieces of bacon. At home, I typically just drink a Kroger brand slim fast shake to get the protein in. My schedule is more relaxed at home, so I'm not as concerned with getting too hungry before my next meal.
-
Makes a good snack. I grabbed some at the store the other day because I needed to up my protein. The Kroger brand is only 180 calories. I would be violently ravenous if I replaced it with an actual meal. (I like food.)
