What it sounds like is that your going to have to put in more effort to make sure you eat, which sounds weird. Just what I was about to say. It already calculates out what you need to lose weight so the rule as I am hearing in here is eat 50 to 75% of your workout calories. Which I am finding a bit difficult to do. But definately make sure your net is around 1200.

I really don't have that problem but from observation I have noticed others putting more cloths on. Like they would wear sweats to keep their body temp high. You also might just be one of those that just don't sweat a lot

I have always been told you need to eat even if your not hungry because it's your body trying to save the food or something to that order. It's because MPF already figures out what you need to do to loose 2lbs, 1lbs, 0,5 lbs (whichever was what you picked) a week. So anything that you do extra when you excercise you have to eat to keep your body burning and losing weight. If that makes sense

Actually muscle and fat weight the same just as an fyi. But I would definately watch my sodium, cut out any fast food, diet soda...well if you really want to do it cut out any and all soda. That would be the first thing any doctor would tell you, even if it's diet.
