As the poster above mentioned, i'm definitely seeing more tone in my body, especially my back, abs, arms and legs. I also pretty much have to eat healthy because if not, I'm very nauseaus in class. I think if you are eating healthy and taking Bikram 3-5 days a week you will see a difference.

Definitley a sugar crash. Whenever I eat too much sugar I get sleepy, bad headaches, and my muscles ache the next day in the gym. As said before, it's excellent that you are back on track nutritionally and getting some really hard workouts in will help as well.

I agree with chewing gum. It keeps your mouth busy and you don't think about eating the batter. ALso, try making the cake after a meal so you aren't hungry. After you eat, brush your teeth and pop a stick of gum in. That should stop you from trying it and licking the spoon!

Tomorrow is day #15 and I completed my first double tonight. I'm proud of myself :) one thing I have noticed though...my stomach has been upset lately, like really heavy feeling and bloated. Anyone else experience this? My husband suggested that I need more electrolytes...just wondering if you have any suggestions.

I was 138 last week and 137.5 this week. I've been working out more...so I feel like I've been eating a ton! I'm going to try to eat more evenly throughout the day this week for a bigger drop.

Today was day #8. so far I'm doing well...the first few classes were difficult because I had taken a few days off. I was also extremely sore in my neck and back for the first five classes, but now that seems to be improving. I'm trying to make sure that I keep my spine aligned throughout class. I'll keep you posted!

I estimate in the 550 range. I am also too scared to overestimate...I really need to wear my HR monitor and find out an exact calorie count. I am just nervous it might beep in the class!
