chocolate banana shake when you have to have chocolate
Try this if you really need something chocolatey and sweet.
1 small slightly over ripe banana
1 heaping tablespoon giradelli unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
ice cubes.
blend well until smooth 148 calories, 34 carbs, 3 fat 4 protein. no sugar, no dairy. lots of calcium (from the almond milk).
This worked for me, I've been avoiding sugar and dairy only because it helps me stay within my 1200 calories per day to do so. My diet is working!
i looked up mcdonalds chocolate banana shake 440 calories, and steak and shake is 676.
