I have the same problem, gain up to 5 lbs during time of month. I know its temp, but it still makes me upset. I dont log my weight during that week, I wait until its been over for 2 days, and then log. I was told thats when all that lovely water will leave our bodies. Good luck!

I have recently switched to low carb, so I really love my half and half. Should I watch the fat content a bit more in my diet too? Like lower the fat some?

Let me give some more info. I have been eating around 1500 cals a day. My workouts were running 5 days a week about 3-4 miles a day. Hi, I am doing primal as well. I thiink your carbs are too high. I only scrolled through a few days of yours and your carbs were at 80+ for the most days. I would tweak your carbs a bit lower, say dont go above 50 grams per day. Do this until you reach your goal, then slowly ease it up to 100g. I am carb sensitive and I…
