The extreme program she has a diet called countdown to competition that is low carb. It's not keto, but you only have one one yellow serving per day, no fruit, more protein and tsp. It's high protein and low fat.

I want to try this way of eating because for me, once I start eating I have a hard time stopping. So I've been holding off on eating first meal until noon. I want to push it out later. Daniel, Are you in any groups on here that support this ?

Don't worry. As long as you are happy with yhere you are just remember they are saying those things out of sheer jealousy. People get so jealous when their friends lose weight and look good!

I have it and loved it. I am a coach. That being said you can find info about the diet on Pinterest but the workouts are great and you can only get those when you purchase the program.

I just turned 39 October 13. I am a sahm to 3 (ages 7,5 and 6 months). I quit my job 2 years ago and gained 10 lbs. since having baby number 3 I want to lose 25 lbs total. Anyone can add me, I could use support.

My third baby is 5 months old tomorrow. I still have 10 lbs to lose to get to per preg weight and I want to lose an additional 10-15 lbs on top of that. I am struggling !! I would love to have some motivation!

Yes I workout 6 days a week. I was eating 1500 as a baseline plus my exercise calories ( approx400-500 additional) and it just was not working for me. I am a stay at home mom to a 3 & 5 year old. I left my job last year. I have worn body media fit at work and total cals for the day with no additional exercise was 1950 cals. I have worn it multiple times since I've been home and I burn 2300 cals.fyi.

How tall are you? I think you should try to eat less processed food and more clean foods to get out of your plateau. It's not the carbs but the kind of carb. Choose fruits, veggies and whole grains instead of processed.
