I have 1200 cal a day... I did do the insanity for 4 month so maybe part of it is from that also I dont really give myself time to recovery I run everyday so maybe wilsoncl6 is right my legs are just pumped also I may be eating the wrong things I eat my fruit and veg but I think im having to many carbs....thanks for all…

A year on and im still trying to lose weight my stretch marks have also faded looks like little worms on my stomache though lol I dont know what else to do I eat healthy and exercise every night im at a plateau atm :( feel free to add me too :)) x

Im the same I have 1000 cal or less a day I work out near enough every night half hour runs im not loosing weight and im gaining muscle my legs are massive dont understand were im going wrong so I feel your frustration!!
